Common questions

Do I need to know anything about AI before the workshop?

No. Sam works exclusively with non-technical founders. We'll meet you where you are.

Can I send my COO or 2IC instead?

The workshop is designed for the owner. The person making the exit decision. If your 2IC or COO is intimately involved in that planning, they're welcome to attend with you. Reach out before registering.

What if I can't stay the full 3.5 hours?

The two halves build on each other. We strongly recommend you stay for both. If you genuinely can't, let us know in advance and we'll talk through it.

Will the workshop be recorded?

No. This is an intimate, in-person event. The buyer/CFO panel only works because the room is closed.

How is this different from a generic AI workshop?

Most AI workshops teach you prompts. This one teaches the AI workflows that make a business sellable, paired with the strategic context from operators and buyers who've been through it.

What if my firm isn't professional services?
