Do I need to know anything about AI before the workshop?

No. Sam works exclusively with non-technical founders. The three builds are run step by step. If you've used ChatGPT once, you have what you need. If you haven't, you'll be fine by the second build.

Am I too early? I'm only thinking about exit, not committed.

You don't need to be committed to an exit to come. Half the value is finding out what your business is currently worth and what would lift it. If that changes your timeline, even better. The AI workflows you build save you time from day one, whether you sell in twelve months or never.

Is the 1:1 strategy call really 1:1, or is it a sales call?

It's a 1:1 with Lyn focused on your specific firm. If the natural next step is one of our paid engagements, she'll tell you. If it's not, she'll tell you that too. Can I expense this?
